  We buried my father yesterday (3 days after his passing) as per my family wish. This could not be done without the exceptional staff at Franklin and Downs; pacifically, Ken. He went above and beyond to help guide us through the process and accommodating the dates we asked for. My family and I are beyond satisfied with the staff at Frank & Downs at this location. Also, would like to thank David and Ramon for all your help during the service and funeral. You guys rock! Vo Family (Diem Van Vo)

  The services that we received from this funeral home deserves 5 stars. Kenneth Beard helped us through this rough time in our lives. His kindness, patience, and compassion for our loss was just simply amazing. We felt so comfortable with him and he helped us in every aspect of the funeral. I have had a bad experience through another funeral home and was nervous about having to do this again. Well thanks to Kenneth and the funeral home I was at ease and felt safe with this choice I had made for the burial of my husband. Thanks again for all your kindness and warmth Franklin & Downs.

  My experience at Franklin & Downs Funeral Homes was very good. I was extremely satisfied with the funeral director and staff. Everyone there really helped us out a lot.
